BetterTogether Brands exists to close the wealth gap by helping aspiring leaders from low income communities build wealth by building a business.
Better Together Brands operates a variety of service-related businesses that help families improve their lives, including: organized closets, fire prevention, electricity reduction, yard improvement, etc.
Our Operating Partners are high school graduates who typically make less than $31,000 per year and largely identify as BIPOC, Hispanic, and/or female. For the remainder of 2022, we are only accepting applications from people who live in Central Florida and are eligible to work in the United States.
You do not need any specific work experience to be an Operating Partner. We are looking for self-starters who have the ability to lead a team but who may not have had the opportunity in the past.
If you are selected as our Operating Partner, you do not need to pay anything. Instead, we will pay you a guaranteed salary every week for managing the business, along with additional performance-based compensation consisting of commissions, bonus, and profit sharing.
Our Operating Partners are General Managers who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of a small service-related business. This includes overseeing sales activities along with managing a team of 3 to 10 employees including an installation crew. You will manage scheduling, ordering, quality control, and customer service. In addition, you will be responsible for achieving the financial goals of the business, including growing sales and controlling costs.
