STAGE 2:  WHAT’S YOUR STORY?
If you meet our criteria for Operating Partner, you will be invited to complete a short video interview about your life story. Be yourself. We want to get to know the real you!

STAGE 3:  PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW
Congratulations! You have reached the interview stage. 90-minute group interviews are done in person and/or virtually. Conversations will focus on your life experiences, community involvement, and long term goals.

STAGE 4:  VALIDATION
During this stage, we confirm self-reported information (education, job history, pay history), check references, and conduct a background check.

STAGE 5:  FINAL INTERVIEW & OFFER
If we are aligned on expectations and goals, you will be invited to co-own a business with Better Together Brands. We will sign business documents and agree on a start date. Let the journey begin!
